SHANNON ESTUARY Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) has recently been granted a Maritime Usage Licence (MUL240034) by the Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (MARA) for the deployment of Static Acoustic Monitoring Devices (SAMs) and Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (ADCPs) within the Shannon Estuary.
